Even if you will pay on site, please send your registration form now!

Registration fees

By July 17, 2016   Regular $550 US dollars The registration fee includes:  
    Student* $325 US dollars Participations in all scientific sessions  
After July 17, 2016 Regular $625 US dollars Abstract book and complimentary materials
Student* $375 US dollars Coffe breaks, refreshments
        Welcome reception  
        1 ticket conference banquet  
        Some activities of the social program  
  Note: Excursion must be paid separately.  
Note: After August 11, only on site payment of the registration fee.    
*Student identification is required.    
Excursion to Tulum $50 US dollars    
Additional Banquet ticket $50 US dollars Note: the registration fee includes 1 ticket  

Advanced Registration    
Participants who pay advance registration will benefit from the lower cost and the knowledge that all the Conference documentation will be ready on their arrival.
Each attendant is requested to register separately

Consider that the amount to be paid depends on the payment date, not on the day you send your registration form.

After completing the registration form you will know the exact amount to be paid.

Step 2. You will be transferred to a safe web page for credit card payment.
After completing your payment you will see a notice of confirmation. Please print it and send it by email to
together with the registration form. You will receive an email with confirmation of your payment.

Please make clear the name of the attendee if the cardholder name is not your name.

If you already sent your registration form just forward the proof of payment.

After being transferred to the safe web page you will see a window like this:

On-site registration starts on Sunday afternoon.
On-site registration only in cash, please bring the exact amount
Cash payment in USD, Euros or Mexican Pesos (preferred). 1 USD is around 18 MXN

Substitutions are allowed if communicated three weeks before the start of the Conference.
